School bus transportation plays a critical role in the education of our nation's students and is the direct link between a neighborhood and the classroom. Each day, GCS transports approximately 2,925 students an estimated 4,570 miles -- a distance comparable to driving across the U.S. and more than halfway back. National School Bus Safety Week reminds us all to keep school bus safety at the forefront.

Links to STOPit and incident reports are available on school and district websites and bookmarked on all student Chromebooks.
